See that layer of “fat” under his face? =X Haha! He didn’t use to have that layer! Oh well, with all the fruits, hay and nuts and whatever, it’s hard not to be big! I almost forgot he is a dwarf.

This little doorbell is so fun to make! Uhm, bought it at Urban Write down at Orchard Central that day because it looked kind of cool. =D It’s a frog and so I had to get it! Apparently, it’s a new kind of play dough/doh which have no residue and is super duper light! It dries with air and is super fun to make! They gave instructions for making this frog but trust me, I used my imagination/creativity for the most part of it. =D It’s super fun but it can get a bit frustrating at the end because it’s HARD. As in, the doh/dough harden. It’s more like rubber actually. Honestly, I prefer this to the traditional yucky play dough that have residue and leave that very disgusting smell on the hands. I always puke playing that! But I am so in love with this. And yes, this is a functional door bell which goes “ribbit..ribbit..ribbit” instead of your traditional “taa-taa”. =D Happpy!

Oh, and my buys from gmarket is here already! I was expecting them to come only after Christmas since it’s like a busy season for all the postman! I love snail mail! =D I kind of knew that the package arrived even before I open the letter box because I saw the postman trying SO HARD to pack them into our tiny letter box! Teehee! I bought two tops and a LOMO (*I call it toy cammie*)! =D My toy cammie is in uhm, black and green. Decided to try this toy cammie before giving a go at those really hard-core lomo which I have taken a huge interest in recently! But honestly, I never really like digital camera. It’s just too easy you know. It’s just, press this button and this button and look into the lens and there you go! I mean, I know there’s a DSLR which is super duper common now! But nopes, I am pretty much not into such stuffs. =) I prefer going back to basics to capture the very little details of happiness and life. I want that Diana F+ like really very much. But I intend to see how much I can go with this toy cammie! It’s fun and interesting having to wind it after every shot. =D I miss doing it! I bought two rolls of film since the uncle told me the difference between two rolls of film of different ISO. One for day use and one for night use. I have the night use one now. =D Super duper excited to use finish this roll and see how things turn out when they are developed! It’s been so long since I take rolls of film to get developed! =D EXCITED! And I want to get that film scanner. =X But shall see how I fare using this toy cammie of mine!

I know, they look like pig’s nose! But then, I like the color of orange and black. Very cheery! =D After I develop the film, I am gonna upload them! =D Oh yes, I can’t wait for Ah Gong to open his present, to place gloop gloop’s present on him and to open the present mother bought. =( It’s London Choco Roll! Hahahahaha! =D Alright! MERRY CHRISTMAS PEOPLE!

Recently, the time spent on the computer is lower than normal! Lower than when it was still in school term! It’s either playing with ah gong or gloop gloop. I know I will have very little time left for them when school starts. =( If life could just stop here! Spending time at home and with friends (*I count my little animals under this category of course), with really little to worry about!

Ah gong’s coming over to stay have been great! It’s sort of like the show “50 First Dates”! Because he is always different! Yesterday he was really really really really funny! We tend to laugh to the extent of tearing! The things he say and do just tickles us! Very much like a baby, just bigger and stronger! But today he is all bored and jaded. =( Didn’t even talk much! But he did laugh today. =D It’s nice seeing old people laugh because I think it’s rare to see them laugh. Honestly, I didn’t know how much an elderly at home can change the atmosphere. It’s just different(positively of course). Few days ago, he was recollecting his memories. =D And yea, know more of his “story” because we never know if those really happened or they were just his dreams. Sometimes it may sound corny, but I am even more motivated with living life and studying hard (*not deadly*) by him. Haha!

Oh… to be continued because… I am distracted again!

And I have been pretty busy because I want to spend more time with my gloopy and ah gong have came home! Honestly, I have never stayed with an elderly that needed the constant care and attention. And yes, I learnt so much from this few days! Ah gong says cute things at times and boy, he’s really good with China History! I am always fascinated with China History, ever since I went to Peking!

But it’s very funny when he laughs! There are times where you can see how frustrated he is with himself and there are times where he looks quite happy!

Ah gong have finally come back home! He’s been so funny with the cute things he say! We tried to help him remember the people he used to know through photos! But the photos seems alien to him except for a few. But I kinda wanted to weep when he asked where popo is. =(

Sighs, whatever is it, I really miss that experience. It’s like a dream now and I re-watched the DVD I bought from 圆明园, Old Summer Palace. It’s such a magnificent place and I really would want to see it in it’s glory days! Why did they have to burn them down! While watching, I kept thinking, what would it be like to live in that period of time. How did the concubines, maid, emperor live. China architecture has it’s beauty and so does Western architecture and imagine a fusion of both. Sighs. Now, what we see is not even half of what the Old Summer Palace is back then! I saw the graphical display of what would have been that western fountain that French (*or a Dutch?*) designed. Oh yes, we took a group picture there and it’s my favourite picture. Imagine what it would have been like!

And I remember this maze like thing there! We were playing there! Although it’s low, it’s pretty tricky!

Yes, the fountain. Oh, remember me talking about this french or dutch guy that designed the fountain? Oh, it turned out that he is neither french nor dutch. He is an italian! He is Giuseppe Castiglione or better known as Lang Shining 郎世宁 in China. =D He must be a genius or something! He died in Beijing. But I guess, he must be darn sad seeing those beautiful places he designed burned to ground. =( I think, this saddness reminds me of the tour guide that brought us around. I could actually feel that heartache from him! This is the maze I was talking about. Pretty amazing I would say. The king/emperor had so much money to spent!

I really want to continue, but I guess I won’t sign off from here because I will be continuing from tomorrow. I want to enjoy these pictures first. =D

I thought this holiday could be quite fun with Ah Gong in the house but no, I am wrong because Ah Gong will only be discharge maybe next week because the doctor kept pushing the date back and it’s kind of getting on my nerves! But his bed is already ready and even his personal sofa is here! My new sofa is like the part time sandman because the moment I lie on it, I fall asleep. Immediately!

But I am glad exams are over because I get to have time to play with gloop gloop! He is such a cute little boy although he would make me really angry at times, but I can’t bear to scold that little boy. I think I am treating him more like my son. =X But he is really one adorable kid you know! And he hates me when I clean him. He wouldn’t allow me to touch him after I used his wet tissue to clean him. But I can tell he remembers his name already. =) Such a cutie pie! And he always runs around without seeing if there’s a wall or not. He bangs himself onto the wall easily when he runs around like a wild horse!

Perhaps you must be wondering why I am suddenly here blogging so much. Well, that’s because I am waiting for my Fringe episode 9 to load! I downloaded the other episodes but I can’t wait to watch the latest episode so I am loading it on tudou.com! =D Yes, I am crazy about Fringe! It’s even worst than my obsession over Heroes back then. =) I like science, always have. But this Fringe science is even more intriguing. Because it seems impossible.

I wished I had a brain like Walter. Never mind the fact that I have to be a little looney, because I think looney people are happy people. =D

After my last paper yesterday, I met up with yy! She wanted to get a dress for her dinner or something. It’s dreadful tiring shopping with her! Not that she shops often but from past experience with her to 7-11 (secondary school daily ritual) I know, she takes decades to decide on something! =D True enough! Hahaha!

After that, met del there for dinner at the mussels guys! Not bad! Del’s treat! =D After dinner, headed to rooftop to wait for the fireworks! We went to find her friend, a very tall guy. Oh gosh, I wonder what they eat! I ate so much but only grew sideways. T.T Haha!

So, I sat down and watched as those beautiful lights glow and die down while the two of em took the pictures. Yea, it’s pretty! So pretty and for once, I appreciated the booming sound from the fireworks. They were nice. =D
